I was at the store today and my inner little 👧🏽 girl spoke up. She wanted this cute purse. So I acknowledged “little Petra” and I bought me/her the 👜 🥰

I’m making a conscious effort to listen to “me” closely. I’m learning because of the trauma there are parts of me that feel “stuck” and neglected. So today I’m giving myself compassion.
